캠퍼스두잇 개인정보 처리방침

두잇 운영자(이하 "운영자")는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 최소한의 정보만 수집합니다.

1. 수집하는 항목

회원가입·서비스 이용 과정에서 다음을 수집합니다.

• 아이디, 닉네임, 비밀번호(암호화 저장)
• 보안 질문 및 답변(암호화 저장)
• 접속 기록 및 IP 주소(자동 생성·수집 — 보안 및 게시판 모더레이션 목적)

2. 수집하지 않는 항목

운영자는 다음을 수집하지 않습니다.

• 이름, 전화번호, 생년월일, 이메일 주소

3. 수집·이용 목적

• 회원 식별 및 로그인
• 비밀번호 찾기·변경(보안 질문·답변 대조 방식)
• 게시판 등 서비스 제공 및 부정이용 방지

4. 보유 및 파기

• 계정 정보(아이디·닉네임·비밀번호·보안 답변): 회원 탈퇴 시 즉시 파기합니다.
• IP 주소: 회원 탈퇴 시 해당 계정의 IP 기록을 즉시 파기합니다. 삭제한 글·댓글에 남은 IP는 삭제일로부터 3개월 경과 시 파기합니다.
• 호스팅 서비스의 접속 로그(IP·브라우저 정보): 호스팅 사업자 정책에 따라 최대 30일 후 자동 삭제됩니다.
• 부정이용 방지를 위한 최소 이력(차단·제재 기록 등): 재제재·중복가입 방지 목적으로 일정 기간 보관 후 파기합니다. (계정 본체와 별개)

5. 보안

• 비밀번호 및 보안 답변은 bcrypt로 암호화하여 저장하며, 운영자도 원문을 알 수 없습니다.
• 인증은 토큰(JWT) 방식으로 처리합니다.

6. 만 14세 미만 이용 제한

운영자는 만 14세 미만 아동의 회원가입을 받지 않습니다. 가입 시 "만 14세 이상" 확인에 동의해야 하며, 미동의 시 가입할 수 없습니다. (법정대리인 동의 절차는 제공하지 않습니다.)

7. 비밀번호 복구 안내

비밀번호는 보안 질문·답변으로만 찾을 수 있습니다. 이메일을 수집하지 않으므로, 답변을 잊으면 계정을 복구할 수 없습니다. 답변은 반드시 기억해 주세요.

CampusDoIt Privacy Policy

The DoIt operator ("we") values your privacy and collects only the minimum information necessary.

1. Information we collect

During sign-up and use of the service:

• ID, nickname, password (stored encrypted)
• Security question and answer (stored encrypted)
• Access logs and IP address (generated and collected automatically — for security and community moderation)

2. Information we do NOT collect

• Name, phone number, date of birth, email address

3. Purpose of use

• Member identification and login
• Password recovery and change (via security question/answer)
• Providing services such as the community board, and preventing misuse

4. Retention and deletion

• Account information (ID, nickname, password, security answer): deleted immediately upon account withdrawal.
• IP address: deleted immediately when you delete your account. IP records left on deleted posts or comments are erased 3 months after deletion.
• Hosting provider access logs (IP, browser info): automatically deleted by the hosting provider within 30 days.
• Minimal records for misuse prevention (e.g., ban/block history): retained for a limited period to prevent re-offense and duplicate sign-ups, then deleted. (Separate from the account itself.)

5. Security

• Passwords and security answers are encrypted with bcrypt; even the operator cannot read the originals.
• Authentication is handled via tokens (JWT).

6. Age restriction (under 14)

We do not accept sign-ups from children under 14. Users must confirm they are "14 or older" at sign-up; without this consent, sign-up is not possible. (We do not provide a guardian-consent process.)

7. Password recovery notice

Your password can only be recovered using your security question and answer. Since we do not collect email, a lost answer means your account cannot be recovered. Please remember your answer carefully.
